Make two paypals buy a visa and send money to your main account using store bought visa

You can use a bank account, I believe.

You can just verify with debit/prepaid cards as well, or use a VCC. If you are living in USA you can use privacy.com with your bank to generate a vcc

You can use a debit card. Stay away from credit cards.

U can make a paypal account without a CC but ur account wont be verified until u link it. its in the checklist of paypal to get the account verified. or atleast thats what i know
