I've been a WOW player for 6 1/2 years. I am also a WOW blogger and podcaster (don't worry, I won't plug myself lol) I play primarily on Aerie Peak Alliance in the Convert to Raid guild.

Yeah I've been playing WoW for a little under 3 years now. I'm still pretty bad at it though haha. Very fun game.

Anyone feel like explaining the concepts to WoW to me lol, I've thought about getting into it, but what sets it apart from any other MMORPG?

world of war craft was the biggest mmo at the time of it's release since then it's game mechanics have vastly changed over the years. I personally feel that the vanilla , and burning crusades were the best of the franchise. The shear user base is what set's it apart as well as it pioneered allot of what other mmo's are based off of. like Questing, gathering, professions, and even lore in some aspects.
