I actually saw this when it first came out and really enjoyed it. It got mixed reviews due to the art style, but the rotoscoping actually makes it unique. I don't think this kind of show is for everyone, as the art is different and the story is slower than most. However, if you are open to something different I'd definitely recommend it.

I was not a anime lover before lockdown but during lock I watched the complete season of One piece and One punch man anime, and every Sunday I wait for the new episode,
I think, you must try Berserk, It's also very much interesting.

Definitely second Berserk for viewing.
Very interesting and has a deep story to it. Its also unfinished but the manga has more of the storyline.

If you're looking for something lighthearted/fun, Haikyuu! is a good bet.
