Anti-(VPN Blocking) Techniques?

Are there any techniques that VPN users use to bypass VPN blocks? Other than just finding a non-blocked VPN ofcourse.

NOTE: This is for LeakForums. Tongue

EDIT: Woops, I didn't make this clear, the VPN block is on the server-side. So, LeakForums blocks the use of VPNs.

SSH tunneling is somewhat like a vpn mostly ran from a server that has not been flagged as a proxy or VPN. Here is more information on it. http://superuser.com/questions/876231/di...pn-and-ssh
I have personally used SSH for HF and leak and hardly ever had my ip blocked. Might be something you want to look into.

A cheap VPS with SSH is cheaper (from my experience) than a good VPN and it comes with more options.
