Hey HF
Welcome to my first tutorial on Graphics. For the first one I choose the Animated Text one. Basically it is a shine effect going along the text (like my signature).

1.

Make a new project 400x200

Make the background color #161616 (Color of the Historic background)

Add you text. In my case I will use Historic with font 'CiderScript'

Make a new layer above the text layer and make a straight line with the Brush tool with the color white.

Open the animation window and make a new layer in the animation tab.

Move the white line to the end of the text (Make sure you selected the second layer in the animation tab)

Now select both layers in the animation tab and click the 4 circles button at the animation tab and set your number of frames. I will use 25.

Go to your white line layer and right click on it and click on Create Cliping mask.

You should now have something like this.
