After you've done with that this is what you need to do.
You're going to end up with something like this:

1.Duplicate the logo/render
2.Go to Filter > Filter Gallery and select this one:
http://puu.sh/2hn7L Just play with the settings and try to
make it look almost the same as mine.
3.After you apply the filter effect go to the layer and lower the saturation until it's black and white.
4.Go to the blending settings and put it on "overlay" and adjust the opacity to your liking
