Parents, People at my college as in lecturers etc, Friends, anyone I've told has just said it's anxiety.

Unless you're clinically examined and assessed, It's just mere speculation to say you're suffering anxiety.

I could easily say your forgetfulness Is due to psychosis, but medically, I'm not In a position to determine that. If It's of real concern to you, I suggest you consult your doctor and allow him/her to provide their professional opinion, advice and treatment (If required)- all from a medical standpoint. If you have an underlying condition, they'll find and treat It accordingly.
