Get a new one! There is no thing to be serious about it or you could a personal air cooler if you are willing to spend some money?

How effective Is It?
I've heard mixed feedback- some say It's useless, whilst others claim It serves It's purpose quite well.

I am not an expert in AC but I had faced this problem. The problem could be as simple as blockage in drain tube. Have a mechanic check up your AC. You can save money rather than going for a new one.
