I would try Ophcrack or Konboot. Both are bootable utilities, she's not going to be able to prevent you from using a boot utility.

Burn CDLinux. It's a linux distro so Norton should not delete it, you should be able to burn it from the ISO. Then boot into that and do the sethc.exe trick.

You've never booted from a CD before? Select the boot device from the boot menu or change your boot priority in the BIOS and put the make sure the CD is in when your computer starts up.

Kind of. Just find a tutorial for installing a new operating system, it's pretty straightforward. Be sure to download your drivers on to a pendrive first though.

Kind of. Just find a tutorial for installing a new operating system, it's pretty straightforward. Be sure to download your drivers on to a pendrive first though.

I don't get it. Im installing a new operating system? Explain this in more detail for me. I though I was installing a keylogger that won't be deleted by my Norton.

KonBoot and Ophcrack are just boot utilities as far as you are concerned. Thus you are not "installing" any programs. And these are not keyloggers either.

Exactly what this guy said. Which is why you can see the System Volume Information and everything while in Linux if you have access to a Windows Installation. I use Linux to repair Windows lol.
