My router doesnt allow VPN config or change of IP anyway to code it or will I have to buy a new router, the router is provided by my ISP

I had the same problem. So I bought a new router that supports VPN configuration

Depending on the model of the router, you might be able to flash another OS onto it, which will support VPN protocols.

But the easiest way is to disable wireless communications on the ISP router and get a Router which supports VPN, then simply plug eth into it.
