[Ableton] How to make a trap sounding hi-hat 07-06-2014, 07:06 AM

THIS IS A BAREBONES TUTORIAL, AKA SHORT, I'M NOT SHOWING ALL TOO MUCH IN THIS GUIDE!
So, I've learned a while back how to make a trap sounding hi-hat even though I obviously don't use it in trap I like to have it in my tool box
today I'll show how to make a trap hi-hat in Ableton.
Requirements:
Trap kit, the free 909TM works fine as well, Trap kits you can buy at loopmasters.com or something, I'll be using one from loopmasters.com
MAKE SURE IT'S "One Shots" OR IT WILL SUCK SHIT! [trust me -_-]
EDIT: I just ended up using the 909TM, it worked fine as you'll hear.
Ableton [I'm 40% sure it works with all versions]
Preface:
I'm assuming still that all of you know how to use Ableton, until told that no one does I will not highlight anything that should be known in detail.
Tutorial Start!:
Step one: Drum Kit
Make a drum rack, we'll be using it instead of the sampler [in case you use sampler]

Step two: Notes
We'll set up the beginning notes like so, one space between each note.

Then we'll set up the bars to be 1/32 and triplets by right clicking on the "timeline" as indicated by the star on the image.

And lastly, we set up the notes by placing three [or more, up to you] notes in place of one of the single hi-hat notes.

And we're done, again, any requests just comment below! I have no problem at all making tutorials, just some may take longer to do, so expect delays!
