Yes, most if not all Hospitals are vulnerable. Although it's more than just wrong to gain access to a Hospital's system, some people will still do it. The fact is as you mentioned, most of there software has many loopholes. Honestly Microsoft should be helping these Hospitals out. With such things as free copies of Windows.

Any medical entity Is susceptible to being compromised. If It's online, It's exploitable.

I respect the medical sector (no malicious Intent whatsoever), so this Is simply an example of literally one of thousands that I've already breached.

More specifically, everyone is vulnerable, one way or another. The idea of Hacking is thinking outside of the box sometimes and finding new exploits. They'll always be there, and I'll always have a job!

But, tbh, I think vulnerability for small vs large businesses in general is 50/50 -- The small guys can't afford great protection, and the large guys don't want to spend their "hard-earned" money on security. Just look at any large company who was recently hacked. Furthermore, even the big companies who are willing to buy great protection are more susceptible to the public's' eye and thus are targeted more (sometimes -- it really depends but I'd argue a majority.)

The shit is ridiculous. You get access in these schools and you litterally have a massive botnet done deal. For a small school, say 1200 students. Average of 3 family members makes 36,000. Average of 3 devices per person make 72,000?

Shit is insane. Realistically, maybe 1000 are vuln, that's still quite significant not to mention ALL the computers in the school! But hey fuck funding education and security right? LOL XDXDXDXD
