I only bump my threads if I had not posted on it for more than 48 hours.
My IT skills that I know perfect is SQL, HTML ,css ,wordpress, PHP.
coding skills that I know is Java, JavaScript and C#

Even then, it's best to provide new info. A thread that's bumped with the phrase "bumped - still available" every 48 hours quickly turns into a several page long thread full of the same, spammed message. It should be common sense, really.
