I mean,  yeah.  You're situation is kinda similar to lemon/pilot.  You didn't pay him right a way,  which I personally consider scamming,  but not to to be a fucking brown-nose,  but as you are a moderator,  you shouldn't have you're name slandered from the deal,  all there really is to do,  is just try to pay him back to the best of your ability,  and let by-gones be by-gones.  And let this be a lesson to you and well everyone for that matter. I just say quit with the threads and Open discussion unless one party becomes belligerent.

Brown nose as fuck. Money is money. I've had my account on multiple forums closed over deals gone south, even as a moderator. Even if I didn't scam and had no intention to scam.
