90's FPS Games 12-14-2017, 12:51 AM

Anyone know of some good, fun multiplayer FPS games? I love the older games with the graphics that have a older feel to them, I love it.
Best Regards,

Multiplayer? Well, there's all the big-name titles that still have servers...
- DOOM/The Ultimate DOOM
- DOOM II
- Quake I, II, III Arena or Nerf Arena Blast if you want to be kid-friendly
- Unreal
- Unreal Tournament
- Duke Nukem 3D
- Half Life 1 and all its mods (Team Fortress Classic, CS1.6, Day of Defeat, etc.)
...and then there's some of the lesser-known but still occasionally active titles every now and then...
- BLOOD
- HeXen/Heretic
- Shadow Warrior
- Rise of the Triad
- Descent
- AvP 1999 (or Classic 2000 if you're going by the new name for it)
- Turok 2
- Daikatana
...and then finally you have the ones that you'll have to set up random TCP/IP games and give out IPs to friends to be able to play together
- Shogo: Mobile Armor Division
- Marathon I, II, Infinity
- Alien Trilogy
- Strife
- SWAT 3: Close Quarters Battle
- Any game that supported a dial-up modem for an old game console like say Duke Nukem on the Saturn
There's definitely a good few more that I'm missing, but these all come to the top of my head. Since Gamespy shut down some games like Shogo are probably just about impossible to get anyone with you on, but eh it can be done. I would love to get on some of these myself, they're all pretty great (even Daikatana at times) but outside of the older DOOMs and whatnot it's starting to be a lot harder to find people that are up to play.
