You have posted off topic a few times before, but the thing I'm focusing on is moreso the posts that weren't needed, e.g the "coming to check this out" posts you frequently make.

Again, not saying you have to stop/slow down, it's just my two cents.

Saying something good about the raid or even just outright saying "we need more people" would work better. Someone about to check out a raid doesn't really make me want to check it out.
