It's probably not legitimate traffic but bots. Bot spiders are everywhere scanning the internet every ms of every day. It's just the nature of public facing IoT devices, web 3.0, etc.

The number is the number of hits that the pixel image got hit.
It's not all bots as the files are inside a rar archive.
