Here it is, i couldnt find a nicely modded one. So i have the apk and some values you can used to mod it yourself.

Modding info:
- Health Hack: First use GameCIH to search the ammount of health you have. Attack a random citizen, if the random citizen do not run away, let it beat you. Keep searching your health value, you should find only one option after 3 searches. Change it to 9999999 and you should have an almost infinite health but it appears as -X, it won't affect your health.
- Police Stars Hack: Use GameCIH on this one too. If you did the last hack, you should have at least one star, reset GameCIH and search the total of stars you have. Kill some cops and your wanted level will grow. You might find up to 3 values after 3 searches, change and lock them, now the police will not be a problem anymore.
- Ammunition Hack: First, choose your favorite weapon, then search the amount of ammo you have (example: 6+200=206), shoot two or three times and search again (3+200=203), keep searching until you find one value. Change it to the desired amount of ammunition and have fun.
