2014 Recap: What did you do in 2014?

So what did you do in 2014? We like to recap our year on new years eve (my GF and are actually doing that now).

Big or small, wha'd you do?

Me? I:

Sold my first house
Bought my second house
Became staff here
visited one of my favorite towns
Completed 3 of 5 required classes for a degree
got a new phone
got a new fridge
Got a 2 raises at work
got a new certification

I won't list on and on all the little things (blew a brake line, fixed it) but I think it was a pretty good year.

What did you do?

Here's my list:

1. Started producing EDM
2. Got a new synthesizer
3. (Finally) got a new computer
4. I asked a girl out, she said yes, then I ditched her (really long story)
5. Started designing graphics
6. Started learning Python and C

That's all there is to it. This may sound cliche, but practice will make perfect. The longer you produce, the better you become. If you listen to the first productions of top DJ's and producers, they sound like absolute shit.

What I've done in 2014 isn't notable; however, the Cowboys have made it to the playoffs.

Dayum, sounds like a nice year with a lot of great achievements, congratulations Roger!
My year was uneventful, will try to make this year a lot better.
I started a few things, but they never went anywhere.
Started doing a lot of web design etc, then I ended up having to stay at my mums house for months, too much arguements between her and my sister to concentrate on anything and I ended up stopping doing anything productive.
Went to the gym for a few months and was going well, but lost my motivation a bit and had a few other issues so stopped going.
I haven't accomplished anything this year, it's been a pretty crappy year. Here's hoping (and working towards) having a better 2015!
