Question, how old can submissions be when turning them in? I don't plan on doing so, but I see some have been accepted that are about a week old - can older threads be accepted?

God mine is taking so long. I'm not at home so most sites block my IP, or the ISP blocks the sites. The sites that do work... don't work because I'm not in the right country. You have no idea how many proxies I've been through to get a simple screenshot. Plus I don't have an internet connection so I have to constantly keep saving the thread as a draft. I'll be done this week. Probably...
