Try a different headline next time you post that pertains to the topic, all we see is “??” With no context. That seems like a lot of prisoners though, what percentage of prisoners is that? I also heard they were looking for other countries to ship their prisoners to, I think I’ve read about something like this in history before 😂. My vote is they build another island and start Australia V.2

Releasing 1,700 prisoners just because of overcrowding sounds wild. If some of them had violent records, that’s even worse. Maybe fix the prison system instead of just dumping people back on the streets?
