windows 10 is also bugged af in general especially at the beginning then it was like windows 7 and vista mixed

I haven't had particular issues with it for general use. I couldn't comment on particular tasks as the most I do beyond regular browsing and messaging is gaming.

I'm a very heavy user of Windows 10- simultaneous VMs running, and the same with multitasking.

No Issues whatsoever.

There's certainly some degree of Issues with every OS, but In terms of general usage without pushing Windows 10 to It's limit, I haven't experienced a significant negative Impact.
