From 2:22 they all pronounce slogan "Слава Україні" ("Slava Ukraine", lit. "Glory to Ukraine"). This slogan officially accepted on Second Great Conference of Nazis in Krakow and represent copy from Nazi salute: "Hail H." (lit. "Glory to Hitler"). During World War II this slogan used both German and Ukrainian nazis, it was everywhere: on tanks, posters, newpapers, used by SS...

I understand, but you also asked about side...
And video is perfect example which side is right. People who pronounce this slogan de jure are "international criminals". In 1945 on Nurnberg Trial they all would be immediately executed for this.
