You can get one for free at amazon. You just need a CC with 1$ on it. The hours you can use it are limited, but depending on what you want to do with it, it can be enough.

Trust me, no one is going to give you a free vps. No hard feelings.

You can even get a Linux VPS for 0.01$ I believe at interserver. You can pay with PayPal. It's just for one month but after that you can just create a new account.
